Lollifruit is the brainchild of Carolina Bonnin, a cold dessert expert with over ten years of experience in the South Florida catering business.
Carolina experimented with natural tropical fruits to create delicious lollipops for her kids. After an intense six-month trial, she devised a unique set of proprietary recipes for colorful lollipops that became the highlights of many parties.
With her husband Adrian, she started Lollifruit in 2015 and immediately began a successful social media campaign to build a loyal customer base.
The entrepreneurial couple is now looking to move the company into a 5,000 sq ft facility in Miami to serve their growing customer base and product line.
