Lollifruit was created in 2015 by Entrepreneur and Gelateer Carolina Bonnin. Her indulgent with nutrition and desserts has inspired her to be one of the best dessert crafters in the Gelato Pop industry.
Her deep involvement in the world of Gelato came from an early inspiration the everyone should be able to enjoy one of her most favored desserts even with lactose intolarence. With Low Sugar as a base, Ingredients are so pure, they are cut from the actual fruit itself and mixed into Lollifruit's secret recipe.
